Celebrate the return of all things light and bright with a simple plant-based spring menu. Featuring artichokes, leeks, lemons and a yummy Alfredo sauce, the menu has been designed to serve either as a 4-course meal, or for mixing and matching to create a variety of lunches and dinners. You will learn simple techniques that can be applied to multiple dishes to carry you through the spring season and beyond.
