2 days in!

​Dear Teammates,

THANK YOU! We are now two days in and are off to such an amazing start. A special welcome to our new teammates. We all remember our first day of MBC. It is not easy to lean into the fear and get started, but you are doing it! Progress is inevitable with consistent attendance, hard work and a positive attitude! I am committed to your success so please don't hesitate to reach out to me if there is something I can do to make your MBC experience even BETTER.

Community is at the CORE of our program. Please join our Facebook group to connect with your teammates, ask questions and share events. This is also the first place I post any schedule changes.

Swag! Show your MBC pride! I'll be bringing tanks and t shirts on Wednesday and Friday of this week to our in-person boot camps. They are all $15. (cash please) Once these are gone I have some other surprises in the works that will be available for purchase.
