 Schools are closed but Joy Yoga is open for fun! Children have been exploring art, movement, music and more! Walking field trips to neighboring playgrounds and nearby businesses have been a favorite activity for both the kids and for me! A big thank you to Whole Foods Market, Gray's Appliance, The Melrose Community Garden, Melrose Oriental Rug, Green Street Natural Foods, our friends at Paws. Child Therapist, Amy Flick stopped in to read to the children and led a discussion about feelings and kindness. Even the Mayor stopped by to say hello and answer questions from the children. Connecting with our Community is an important part of our enrichment programs. We are so grateful to all of our community partners! Our last two weeks, August 7 & 14 are coming up and are already sold out. Thank you for the enthusiastic response! Below are just a few of the many pictures I've taken.
