Melrose Boot Camp Please join us for our next session! June 6, 2022-July 29, 2022 (8 weeks) 5:15, 6:15 and 7:15 am MWF IN PERSON OUTDOORS in Melrose Locations which will change weekly. Resistance bands will be provided. You may also choose to bring hand weights.
We will also have a 6:15 am Tuesdays through the ZOOM platform You may mix and match workouts. Purchase the class package below that meets your needs.
