I miss you! I have received many messages of concern over the last few weeks and I deeply appreciate every one of them. Thank you!

At this time I fully intend to reopen Joy Yoga the moment I have permission from the city and state to do so. In the meantime there are some things I am doing to stay connected to your children and offer them some reassurance during this trying time.

I am posting an assortment of videos: story times, easy arts & crafts and yoga-inspired mindfulness and movement. These are posted on the Joy yoga FaceBook page, on our Youtube Channel and now also on my blog found at joyhealthylife.com.

These videos are free to watch any time. If your child enjoys the videos and you feel so inclined, gift cards are available for purchase through the site. Your purchase is very helpful and will keep us gong until we can reopen.

Additionally, I am available for both face time and zoom calls with your child. If this is something you are interested in, please take me up on this. I've had calls with a few of my students and it is my pleasure to do so:) just email or text me 617-816-0352 and we will set this up.

I am exhibiting happy and inspirational art on the windows at Joy Yoga. My family has been helping me paint the windows. Children and adults have contributed art to exhibit. If you or and/your child would like to contribute something just let me know. Next time you drive or walk by please take a look.

And finally, I've heard that some children are concerned about our studio hermit crab, Shelly. Rest assured she has moved to the "Fay Farm" and transitioned without any complaints. :)
