Joy Yoga will now remain closed until at least Monday, May 4. I will email you as the date grows near with the details of our reopening.
In the meantime I will continue to post videos and yoga challenges for your children on the FaceBook page. I am also collecting inspiring, happy art for the Joy Yoga windows. Artwork may be dropped off at the studio door or at my home. Take a look the next time you drive or walk by:)
Melrose Boot Camp starts on April 6. I take social distancing seriously. There will be more than 6 feet between participants in addition to other precautionary measures. You will receive a team email this weekend with all of the specifics. If you are planning to join, please register today as I need to know how many teammates we have for planning purposes. Register for MBC Here. Currently the plan is to hold our usual 5:15 & 6:15 MWF workouts HOWEVER I will be sending out a survey to see if participants would prefer a 6:15 and 7:15 during this time that many are working from home. If you register for boot camp and have ANY symptoms of possible illness or decide not to continue for any reason you will receive a refund.
