Our next session will be September 7-November 20. Workouts are held MWF 5:15-6 am, 6:15-7 am and 7:15-8 am. Each workout is $15. We meet on the Tremont Street side of Fred Green Field. In the case of inclement weather boot camp will move online to the zoom platform. Please note that there are no refunds given for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.

Our morning boot camp workouts are creative, full-body workouts made up of body-weight resistance exercises such as squats, lunges, and push-ups. Our trainers are top-notch, enthusiastic, skilled and best of all, super passionate about making your MBC experience not only effective but also fun. Every day of boot camp is different than the last! We prescribe to the training principle of muscle confusion. By challenging ourselves in different ways and at different intensities, we keep our bodies and our minds guessing which keep the workouts fresh and effective.
