Every day of boot camp is different than the last! We prescribe to the training principle of muscle confusion. By challenging ourselves in different ways and at different intensities, we keep our bodies and our minds guessing which keeps the work out fresh and effective. The program is made up mostly of body weight resistance exercises such as squats, lunges, and push-ups just to name a few! We sometimes use simple tools such as resistance bands, jump ropes and agility ladders. Most boot camp exercises can be done anywhere, any time, without the expense of fancy equipment and even with limited space. Add in friends, and exercise can take on an element of fun that you may have never thought possible!
