No two boot camp sessions are ever the same — and that’s the fun of it! At Melrose Boot Camp, we mix things up with bodyweight movements, creative challenges, and just enough muscle confusion to keep your body guessing and your mind sharp.
Expect squats, lunges, push-ups, and lots of laughs — plus simple tools like resistance bands, jump ropes, and agility ladders to spice things up. Our workouts are designed to be effective, energizing, and doable anywhere — no fancy gym required.
All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are always available. Just bring your sneakers, your spirit, and maybe a friend or two. Let’s move, sweat, and feel strong — together.

Duration: 6 weeks
Rate: $17 per class
Choose the number of workouts you realistically plan to attend during the 6-week session.
Classes cannot carry over into future sessions.
If you run out of classes, you can always come back here to purchase more.
