Gratitude for teachers

Today was our first Teacher Inspired Gratitude Class! The class is taught by Nicole Searles. Nicole was inspired by conversations with teachers at the SEEM Collaborative at the Bebee School where she was teaching at the time.  Nicole presented the class idea to me and I jumped on it!  We decided to work together to create an affordable class at a convenient time for school teachers.   

Giving yourself permission to release the burden of responsibility, even for a short time, can have a profound effect on both the body and the mind. ~Nicole

We had encouraging attendance today for our first class and expect more next week! While the class idea was inspired by teachers, all are welcome to join us Wednesday afternoons, 3:30-4:30. $5.
