Restorative Yoga Workshop with Roxanne, 12/10/17, 7-8:30 pm
Students will explore a combination of guided meditation, relaxation techniques, and restorative yoga poses to promote a deep sense of relaxation. Restorative poses are gentle, are held for a longer period of time. Props will be used for support. Restorative yoga is good for relieving tension, reducing stress, and calming the mind.
