Yoga for Tween Girls: Wednesdays Ages 11-13, 3:30-4:30 pm, March 11-April 15 (6 weeks)
Your daughter will explore mindful movement and meditation. Conversation will be guided toward themes of emotional & physical health, empathy and self-care. The goal is for every girl to leave feeling better than when she arrived.
