Just Sending along a few updates on new opportunities to breathe and move with us!
I continue to post an assortment of videos: story times, easy arts & crafts and yoga-inspired mindfulness and movement. These are posted on the Joy yoga FaceBook page, on our Youtube Channel and also on my blog found at joyhealthylife.com.
I've added live, yoga-inspired mindfulness & movement classes on the zoom platform! If you are interested in any of these, simply email me for the link. The age ranges provided are just general guidelines. Choose what works best for your child. This will be a test run and if the classes are well attended and enjoyed, I will keep them going:)
3-5 year olds 10-10:45 (starts May 18)
6-9 year olds, 10-10:45 (starts May 20)
Tween & Teens 4-5 pm (there is class this Friday 5/15)
All of the above classes and videos are free. If your child enjoys them and you feel so inclined, gift cards are available for purchase through the site. Your purchase is very appreciated.
