5:15-6 am Boot Camp meeting MWF, 7/10-8/18: 6 weeks
Join Joy & Stacey for full-body workouts 3 mornings a week!. Exercises and intensity may be modified to meet your needs. Expect lots of push ups, squats, jumping jacks and more! Teammates are welcome to switch out this work out for our 6:15 or 8:30. This option gives you 12 workouts over the 4- week period.
